IMPACTDISTANCE LDA "SHUTTLE" is a registered company licensed to operate passenger transportation services in unmarked vehicles (TVDE). It is a Portuguese limited liability company, VAT number 515079820, headquartered at Rua Anzebino da Cruz Saraiva Nº 354 Lote 8, Floor 0, Store 18, 2415-371 Leiria, Portugal.
SHUTTLE/TRANSFER SERVICE:
We provide a professional passenger transportation service using marked and/or unmarked vehicles:
- Transfers from Leiria to Lisbon, Porto, and Faro airports;
- Transfers from Leiria to the beaches of São Pedro de Moel, Praia da Vieira, and Pedrógão;
- Transfers from Leiria to Pombal train station;
- Transfers from Leiria to Coimbra train station and Coimbra Hospital Centers; and others.
- The Shuttle service is a private transportation service in which passengers do not share the ride with others. Transportation is provided by an 8-seat van or passenger vehicle.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT:
The Impactdistance Shuttle service must be booked by phone or email.
Payments may be made by credit/debit card or cash.

PASSENGER PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF:
Passenger pick-up and drop-off may take place at any address located within a 10 km radius from the center of Leiria (our headquarters). The driver reserves the right to define the sequence of pick-ups and/or drop-offs on all scheduled trips.
Passenger pick-ups within a 10 km radius of Leiria city center may begin up to 1 (one) hour before the scheduled departure time to the airport, depending on the number of passengers and travel distances involved.
Passenger pick-ups outside the 10 km radius of Leiria city center may begin up to 1 (one) hour and 30 (thirty) minutes before the scheduled departure time to the airport, depending on the number of passengers and travel distances involved.
Once the passenger pick-up service begins, the driver’s mobile contact number will be shared via SMS.
If the pick-up and/or drop-off location is situated in an area with difficult access or within a pedestrian-only zone, the service location will be moved to the nearest accessible point under normal traffic conditions.
ALLOWED LUGGAGE:
Each passenger may carry one suitcase and one personal item (e.g., handbag, laptop bag, or shoulder bag).
Additional luggage is subject to an extra fee. If the passenger arrives with more luggage than declared at the time of booking, transportation of the additional items may be refused.
The maximum total dimensions of each luggage item must not exceed 158 cm (height + length + width).
For transportation of items such as bicycles, surf/bodyboards, ski/snowboard equipment, baby strollers, golf bags, or any other oversized items, customers must contact Customer Support using the number provided below.
TRAVEL DURATION:
The journey between Leiria and Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto) has an approximate duration of 2h45.
The journey between Leiria and Humberto Delgado Airport (Lisbon) has an approximate duration of 1h35.
The journey between Leiria and Faro Airport has an approximate duration of 3h45.
Impactdistance Shuttle shall not be held responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road conditions, or weather conditions.
FLIGHT DELAYS:
In the event of a flight delay or delayed baggage delivery, Impactdistance Shuttle may not be able to wait for delayed passengers. Transportation may be provided on the next available service, subject to an additional fee.
BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
All fares may be changed or refunded up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the first booked service.
Customers may cancel their reservation and receive a refund of the base fare, minus a processing fee, or change their reservation free of charge.
Reservations not canceled at least two hours before departure are non-changeable and non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Partially used reservations are non-refundable (including partial route or trip usage).
REFUND PROCESSING FEES:
Refunds issued to a credit card with the corresponding credit note are subject to a €5 processing fee.
Refunds issued via bank transfer with the corresponding credit note are subject to a €10 processing fee.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 15 days.
LIABILITY FOR SHUTTLE SERVICE DELAYS:
If a delay directly attributable to Impactdistance Shuttle results in additional expenses for passengers, Impactdistance Shuttle undertakes to reimburse such expenses, provided they are supported by valid accounting documentation.
VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION:
Marked vehicles are black, gray, or white and display the inscription “Impactdistance Shuttle” on the rear or side window.
Unmarked vehicles display a sign with the inscription “TVDE” and “Impactdistance Shuttle” on the front windshield.
ONBOARD EQUIPMENT:
All vehicles operated by Impactdistance Shuttle are equipped with air conditioning and USB charging ports for electronic devices.
FOOD AND DRINKS ON BOARD:
For the comfort of all passengers, eating and drinking inside the vehicle is prohibited, except for water.
ANIMAL TRANSPORT:
No animals are allowed onboard Impactdistance Shuttle vehicles, except for properly identified guide dogs.
For transportation of domestic animals, customers must contact Customer Support using the number provided below.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
Transportation for passengers using wheelchairs, children requiring legally mandated restraint systems, or any other special transportation request must be arranged in advance through Customer Support.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION:
Only passengers holding a valid Impactdistance Shuttle invoice/receipt will be allowed transportation.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger without the appropriate company-issued document indicating any applicable extras or discounts not listed on the invoice/receipt.
Drivers also reserve the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving improperly in a manner that compromises the safety of other passengers or the operation of the service. Any refusal of boarding will be reported to local authorities and does not entitle the passenger to a refund.

CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE:
The Impactdistance Shuttle service is covered by civil liability insurance in accordance with applicable legislation.
COMPLAINTS:
Impactdistance Shuttle provides all users with access to a complaints book in accordance with current legal requirements.
Dispute Resolution:
In accordance with Law No. 144/2015, consumers may resort to the following Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity in the event of a dispute:
CACCL – Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center of the Lisbon District.
